As I heard, professor Guth's lecture is pretty slow. Today I only had to take 3 pages of notes for 1.5hr class. When I took QFT at SNU I usually had to take at leat 6 pages or even more someday.....   Even though, what I like about his class is that he gives clear explanation to every step we are going on. When learning QFT initially, I was frowned by unkind explanation of most of the textbooks. I had to assume so many things in order to process. But in this class he mostly explicitly explains about the process unless it is really "oviously" clear. I might benefit a lot from auditing this class. However, I am not sure how long I could keep attending this class since Physics 211 requires me, especially me since I have weak background on GR, to read and do a lot of stuffs.
